Our speaker for the luncheon will be Jake Smithwick, Ph.D, MPA, presenting on The Current Construction Market and additional topics. Dr. Smithwick is an assistant professor in the Engineering Technology and Construction Management Department within the William States Lee College of Engineering at UNC Charlotte.
